As a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise, Jennifer has been trained to design and implement safe and effective personalized exercise programs. She prides herself in taking the time to get to know each client with the goal of creating a workout plan that is unique to them, taking into account a number of variables, including but not limited to: an individual's current level of athleticism, their goals, values, and lifestyle.
No two individuals are the same, which means that no two workout plans should be the same. Every personal training client of Berg Balanced Health is guaranteed a training plan that has been designed for them and only them.

Core Package
$200 for the first month | $175 for each additional month
Includes:
(1) Preliminary Mobility and Form Assessment Session (first month only)
(2) In-person Personal Training Sessions*
Shared documentation of each session (exercises, weights and rep counts)
Enhancement Options:
(1) Additional training session: $75/month
(2) Additional training sessions: $125/month
Supplemental Monthly Workout Plan for client to do on their own: $125/month
Travel workout plan (perfect for busy professionals): varies
Health Coaching: $125/month

*Personal training sessions can be adjusted to virtual via Zoom for an additional $75/month.
Step 1: Complete the Intake Form
Step 2: Complete a 30-minute Informational Session
Jennifer will reach out to schedule this complimentary Zoom touchpoint upon receiving your completed intake form. This call will provide an opportunity to meet and introduce ourselves; provide an overview of the personal training process; discuss any injuries or underlying issues that may require medical clearance before beginning our partnership; and review the personal training options and associated costs.
Step 3: Signing of Appropriate Documentation
A contract will be created based on the agreed-upon Personal Training plan and add-ons. The contract must be signed and returned 24 hours prior to the first training session. In addition to the contract, additional documentation and signatures are requested to proceed with the partnership. These include - but are not limited to - a Personal Training Waiver, a Health History Questionnaire, and documentation of medical clearance if applicable.
