Slow Flow

A gentle, mindful class that moves at an unhurried pace. Slow Flow focuses on breath, alignment, and easeful transitions, allowing time to settle into each posture and connect with your body.

Vinyasa

A dynamic, flowing class that links movement with breath. Vinyasa builds strength, mobility, and awareness through creative sequences that keep the body moving and the mind engaged.

Restorative

A deeply calming class that supports rest and recovery. Using props to fully support the body, restorative poses are held for longer periods to help release tension and reset the nervous system.

Pricing

  • 30 minute class: $100 (up to 20 participants)

  • 45-minute class: $125 (up to 20 participants)

  • 60-minute class: $150 (up to 20 participants)

  • Please note that the above pricing is not inclusive of travel fees or equipment rentals. Classes can accommodate more than 20 participants for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice is required. If notice is provided after the 24-hour cut off, the client will still be responsible for the class fee.

Step 1: Complete the Intake Form

Jennifer will reach out to schedule this complimentary Zoom touchpoint upon receiving your completed intake form. This call will provide an opportunity to meet and introduce ourselves; gain a better understanding of the fitness class(es) being requested; and review the options and associated costs.

Step 2: Complete a 30-minute Informational Session

Step 3: Signing of Appropriate Documentation

A contract will be created based on the agreed-upon Yoga Class.
